W1 Curates Digital Intervention

A high visibility public art display in collaboration with W1 Curates on Oxford Street, London.

Installed across a series of large LED screens on the exterior of Flannels, the work formed part of W1 Curates’ public art programme in one of the busiest retail locations in the city.

It was an unexpected artistic intervention on the high street — a simple tribute placed directly into the everyday flow of London.

We were invited to display our Modern Day Hero, an artwork created during the pandemic as a tribute to nurses.

The piece was a message of recognition and thanks — a public gesture of support for the people doing extraordinary work at an unprecedented time.

It was a heartfelt tribute to frontline workers during the pandemic, appearing in one of London’s busiest public settings, carrying a simple message of gratitude.
