Shipping policy




At THE POSTMAN, we aim to ensure all orders are packed carefully and delivered as smoothly and reliably as possible.


Delivery

We ship worldwide unless otherwise stated.

  • UK Orders
    Standard UK delivery is available for most items. Please note that spray cans are available for UK delivery only.

  • International Orders
    We ship internationally with a flat £20 standard shipping rate, with custom quotes available for larger, heavier or high-value artworks.

    Please note:

    • International shipping to the USA is currently paused due to ongoing tariff and customs changes.

    • All prices exclude import taxes, duties, and customs charges.

    • Any additional fees applied by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.




Dispatch Times

Many of our artworks are made to order.

  • Print orders:
    Please allow 5–10 working days for dispatch.

  • Framed, custom or commissioned works:
    Production times vary. Please contact us for an estimated lead time before ordering.

Dispatch times may vary depending on supplier availability and production schedules.


Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic tracking link via email.

  • UK couriers typically include DPD, Royal Mail or Evri.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Once dispatched, tracking should be used to liaise directly with the courier.

Please note:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended or for theft after delivery has been confirmed.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Do not accept delivery

  • Take clear photographs of the damage

  • Report it directly to the courier

  • Contact us immediately so we can assist


International Transit

International delivery times can be unpredictable and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Outstanding import charges

  • Local postal handling times

These factors are outside our control and may extend delivery timelines.

 

 

Packaging

All items are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Prints and spray cans are shipped in heavy-duty, custom tubes

  • Framed artworks and originals are securely wrapped, padded and boxed

If your package arrives damaged (for example, a crushed or dented tube), please do not accept the delivery. Couriers are responsible for damage in transit and are required to return the item. Photograph the damage and contact us so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Sustainability & Recycling

We use recycled and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible while ensuring artworks are fully protected in transit.

Please recycle packaging responsibly once your order has arrived, including plastic tube caps where applicable. We appreciate your support in helping us reduce waste and work towards more sustainable practices.
